Help for accessing online reports:
1. Reports can be best viewed using “Google Chrome” as the browser
2. Your SID is your user name. You password for first time log in would have been sent to you on the registered mobile number and email ID.
3. You will be required to change your password when you first log in. Please use the changed password to Login for every transaction with Suburban Diagnostics.
4. Ensure “pop-ups” are allowed for you to be able to open your reports
5. You will be able to view only reports which are completed
6. In case you have forgotten your password, use the forgot password link to regenerate your password
7. ECG, X-ray, Stress test, Sonography, BMD reports are required to be picked up from the centre
